PAYMENT POLICY
Your registration will cover attendance at the event at the location noted for that event. Please be sure to check in at the registration desk at the event. Check/Cash registrations must pay at the event. Workshop programs require check/cash registration payments prior to the event. Checks can be mailed to SMPS Nebraska, PO Box 390093, Omaha, NE 68139-0093. When mailing check please include registration confirmation.
Please note the refund policy below. No-shows will receive an invoice after the event. All invoices for no-shows or non-payment at the time of the event will include a $10 invoicing fee and will be due upon receipt.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds unless requested 3 business days prior to an event in writing or by email. Refunds for workshops require notice 5 business days prior to the event in writing or by email. There is a 15% cancellation fee for all refunds. Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations in lieu of refund.

ACE Mentor Omaha is one of seventy-seven affiliates of the national ACE Mentor organization. Our mission, nationally and locally, is to engage, excite and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in architecture, construction and engineering through mentoring and to support their continued advancement in the industry. Further, we strive to increase diversity in ACE professions in the Omaha community.
ACE MENTOR Omaha is beginning our seventh year. This coming school year we are anticipating the involvement of over 350 students who will be working with over 60 mentors in eleven metro area high schools. Last school year 70% of ACE MENTOR Omaha students came from underrepresented communities in Omaha.
Our mentoring and internship programs expose students to a broad spectrum of opportunities in design and construction careers including the importance of marketing and communications as a part of the industry.
ACE MENTOR Omaha is supported by 90 volunteer professionals from the Omaha ACE industry. These include board members, mentors, intern partners and committee members. Funding for ACE MENTOR Omaha comes through board member contributions, fund raising and grant funds from Omaha metro area foundations.
Our presentation will provide additional information to further introduce ACE MENTOR and explain opportunities for participation through a PR committee or through mentoring involvement.
We invite you to bring along a professional from your company who may be interested in joining our mentor team. With our expanding program we are looking for mentors who can commit volunteer hours by mentoring in the classrooms, providing their expertise in workshops, or speaking to ACE students about their career choices. We look forward to sharing our story and teaming with marketing professionals in SMPS.
