PAYMENT POLICY
Your registration will cover attendance at the event at the location noted for that event. Please be sure to check in at the registration desk at the event. Check/Cash registrations must pay at the event. Workshop programs require check/cash registration payments prior to the event. Checks can be mailed to SMPS Nebraska, PO Box 390093, Omaha, NE 68139-0093. When mailing check please include registration confirmation.
Please note the refund policy below. No-shows will receive an invoice after the event. All invoices for no-shows or non-payment at the time of the event will include a $10 invoicing fee and will be due upon receipt.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds unless requested 3 business days prior to an event in writing or by email. Refunds for workshops require notice 5 business days prior to the event in writing or by email. There is a 15% cancellation fee for all refunds. Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations in lieu of refund.

In this session, attendees will learn how to leverage your unique skill sets and perspectives to make a difference in your firms in setting business strategy, cultivating a positive culture, and reshaping how your leadership looks at client engagement. Learn from two professionals – one in engineering and one in construction -- who did not start at the table but got there, changing the dynamics of their firms along the way. They’ll provide insights into how you can build the case and earn a seat at the leadership table through small wins, personal branding, driving change, thinking bigger picture, and leveraging your advocates.
Robin Broder

Robin Broder is an experienced marketing executive who brings a unique perspective to her role. Over the past 20 years, she’s been on the agency and corporate side, worked at large and small firms, and specialized in B2B and B2C marketing. At Henderson Engineers, Robin is a principal, the Chief Marketing Officer, and was recently appointed Chair of the Board. Robin directs marketing and BD efforts and leads the strategic planning process for the 800-person engineering firm. Leading a group of 20, Robin is passionate about building a highly-productive team who also has fun along the way. She is responsible for setting corporate-wide marketing and sales strategies, fostering employee engagement, procuring work, and creating brand awareness.
Erica Jones
VP of Marketing
MMC Corp
Erica Jones is the vice president of marketing for MMC Corp, a construction services company. She oversees the planning and execution of brand identity, training, communications, and design for five brands spanning 14 offices nationally. Erica serves as a member of the MMC Corp Officers’ Committee, the company’s executive team, where she counsels fellow leaders on executive communication and brand strategy. She previously served as brand manager, where she helped lead the company through a rebranding process for of the company’s major brands. She loves coaching her team and conducts trainings coast-to-coast on customer service and presentation skills.
