PAYMENT POLICY
Your registration will cover attendance at the event at the location noted for that event. Please be sure to check in at the registration desk at the event. Check/Cash registrations must pay at the event. Workshop programs require check/cash registration payments prior to the event. Checks can be mailed to SMPS Nebraska, PO Box 390093, Omaha, NE 68139-0093. When mailing check please include registration confirmation.
Please note the refund policy below. No-shows will receive an invoice after the event. All invoices for no-shows or non-payment at the time of the event will include a $10 invoicing fee and will be due upon receipt.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds unless requested 3 business days prior to an event in writing or by email. Refunds for workshops require notice 5 business days prior to the event in writing or by email. There is a 15% cancellation fee for all refunds. Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations in lieu of refund.

If there was only one thing Van attributes his success to it is learning how to ask prospective clients for their business. Before you can ask you first must be the type of person people want to help. Van’s Power of Asking presentation will give you and your company an injection of motivation and a sales boost from an outside, proven voice.
- Learning how to properly ask for the order with an attitude of “I want to get the deal every time!”
- Identifying areas that need improvement and then developing solutions
- Strengthening core capacities in the workplace by focusing on gratitude and respect
- Developing a personal action plan and setting attainable goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Van Deeb is a native of Omaha. After playing football at the University of Nebraska Omaha he attended a real estate specialty school in Dallas Texas. Van sold real estate in Dallas for 10 years before moving back home to Omaha to open up DEEB Realty in 1993 Van started his company with just himself out of his basement and grew it to one of the largest Real Estate firms in the Midwest with over 350 agents in only 16 years. Van sold DEEB Realty in January of 2009 and then started Big Omaha Realty in 2011 and still sells real estate today. Van has written 5 sales books and enjoys traveling the country inspiring and motivating sales , leadership and customer service people to be the best they can be.
