PAYMENT POLICY
Your registration will cover attendance at the event at the location noted for that event. Please be sure to check in at the registration desk at the event. Check/Cash registrations must pay at the event. Workshop programs require check/cash registration payments prior to the event. Checks can be mailed to SMPS Nebraska, PO Box 390093, Omaha, NE 68139-0093. When mailing check please include registration confirmation.
Please note the refund policy below. No-shows will receive an invoice after the event. All invoices for no-shows or non-payment at the time of the event will include a $10 invoicing fee and will be due upon receipt.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds unless requested 3 business days prior to an event in writing or by email. Refunds for workshops require notice 5 business days prior to the event in writing or by email. There is a 15% cancellation fee for all refunds. Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations in lieu of refund.

There are currently four generations in the workplace. As the Traditionalists and Boomers retire, the Generation Zs will soon be applying for jobs. Research shows that younger generations want careers with meaning. They want to make the world a better place, have flexible hours and enjoy a personal life. How do we tap into this new way of thinking and hold on to our most important asset - our employees? This presentation will outline characterisitcs of each generation and focus on how we can retain employees by providing work with a purpose.
Presenter: Lisa Lackovic
Lisa Lackovic, The Line Leader, has a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Speech Communication. She has represented the masonry industry over 30 years promoting clay and concrete products to architects and contractors in Nebraska. She represents Endicott Clay Products in the Omaha area as the architectural representative.
She mixes humor with real life experiences in her presentations on marketing, leadership and workplace communication and has presented at many local and national conferences. Her title of Line Leader reflects her insistence in being in the front of the line and her enjoyment in being in front of an audience.
Lisa is president of CREW Omaha Metro and serves on the AIA Omaha Board of Directors as the affiliate representative. She is past president of CSI, NCMA and serves on national committees for BIA and HNA. She founded Divas of the Dirt, a networking organization for women in hardscape. Lisa served as chairman of Habitat for Humanity Omaha and is active in the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Omaha By Design, Sarpy County Economic Development, Lutheran Family Services and Girls Inc.
Lisa enjoys traveling the world, riding her road bike on the Omaha Trail System, golfing, hot yoga and loves to brag about her vegetable garden. Lisa is married to Bob and has two adult children Amy Gunn and Bobby Lackovic Jr.
