PAYMENT POLICY
Your registration will cover attendance at the event at the location noted for that event. Please be sure to check in at the registration desk at the event. Check/Cash registrations must pay at the event. Workshop programs require check/cash registration payments prior to the event. Checks can be mailed to SMPS Nebraska, PO Box 390093, Omaha, NE 68139-0093. When mailing check please include registration confirmation.
Please note the refund policy below. No-shows will receive an invoice after the event. All invoices for no-shows or non-payment at the time of the event will include a $10 invoicing fee and will be due upon receipt.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds unless requested 3 business days prior to an event in writing or by email. Refunds for workshops require notice 5 business days prior to the event in writing or by email. There is a 15% cancellation fee for all refunds. Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations in lieu of refund.

Interested in finding out how other industries are marketing to their clients? Feel like the A/E/C industry is behind the curve or just searching for different ideas on how to target your services? We have assembled some marketing experts in the real-estate, investment, law, and non-profit industries. They will answer a series of questions on what strategies they use to reach their clients. You'll be sure to walk away with new marketing and business development ideas and advice.

Lisa Ritter, Owner, ReMax Results
Lisa has been helping families buy and sell homes in the Omaha area for over 15 years. She is dedicated to helping her clients get the results they deserve by providing marketing strategies along with exceptional service. Lisa was the past president of the Nebraska Realtors Association and the Omaha Board of Realtors. On top of being the top 1% producing realtors in the Metro area, she is a 5-time “Best of Omaha” award winner.

Steve Ryherd, Financial Adviser, Edward Jones
In his role, Steve works with individuals and business owners to help them reach their long-term financial goals. Whether your goals include funding retirement, paying for education, planning your estate, or another long-term goal, he strives to get to know you so that you can explore opportunities specific to your situation. Steve joined Edward Jones when he returned to Omaha with his family in 2014. After seven years as a partner in a successful consulting firm in the building industry in Atlanta, Georgia, and the birth of our daughter, he made the decision to move closer to family here in the Midwest.

Lindsay Pape, Marketing Director, Woods & Aitken LLP
Lindsay Pape serves as Marketing Director at Woods & Aitken LLP, a law firm with offices in Lincoln, Omaha, Denver, and Washington, D.C. She is responsible for the firm’s branding, external communications, marketing, events, website content, and business development training for the firm’s 32 attorneys. Prior to joining the legal industry, Lindsay held a variety of roles in recruitment and marketing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a former Membership Director of SMPS Nebraska and is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association. Lindsay received her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Leslie Fischer, Co-founder, TAGG
Leslie Fischer is the co-founder of TAGG, a social good app which allows anyone with a smart phone to give back to their favorite cause just by supporting local businesses. Leslie's mission with TAGG is to create the next generation of givers and give everyone the easiest way to do good in the community. Leslie received her degree in Business Administration with an minor in Marketing from UNO in 1999 and is also the co-founder of Ladies Who Launch Omaha - a women entrepreneur group and on the board of Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue and B4B Society. She lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband Drew and their three children.
